Shipping

Most purchases are shipped to arrive within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the order. As closely as possible, the rates we charge at checkout accurately reflect the rates we incur from our shipping partners to safely package and deliver your order and ensure that it meets the highest expectations. If you have any questions or concerns about how shipping fees are calculated on your order, our Client Services team will gladly assist you. Please contact us at the Client Services team at (905) 479-3593 or sales@bonartis.com. We can help you from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (ET) Monday through Friday. Note: Items ordered together may not arrive together. Note: Delivery and processing charges are applied for each delivery address on the order. 

All of our items ship from within the United States. Prices are shown in US dollars. Standard, inventoried items shipping to Canada are shipped via UPS International. Please note that the shipping carrier may assess brokerage fees, import taxes and/or duties which are the customer's responsibility. Please allow 14-16 days for delivery. 

For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, call our Customer Care team. Expedited delivery and freight delivery are not available in these areas. Your order should arrive in approximately 12-14 business days. 

Returns / Exchanges

We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality customer service and are committed to offering products you can use and love forever. However, we know that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary, and we will do everything we can to ensure you love what you have.
